Who is responsible?
Easier Labs, the publisher of PRICE, is responsible for processing enquiries made on this website. Contact: hello@easierlabs.ai.
Your enquiry
We use your name, business email, company, catalogue size, selected priority and optional message to answer your request and prepare a demonstration. Required fields are marked by the form; without them, we cannot process the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
This processing serves our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Where your request concerns a contract with you, it also supports steps taken at your request before entering into that contract. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised members of the PRICE team receive your enquiry in HubSpot, our customer relationship tool, using its EU-hosted account. The website and its technical database run on Sites infrastructure using Cloudflare. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable contractual safeguards. You can contact us for details about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep information
Prospect enquiries are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact from the prospect, then deleted or anonymised. If you become a customer, contractual records follow the retention periods applicable to that relationship and legal obligations.
The website database does not store your form text or email in clear text. It keeps a request reference, a keyed fingerprint and a processing status for up to 7 days to prevent duplicate submissions. Abuse prevention uses keyed fingerprints of the IP address and email with short-lived counters, for up to 48 hours. Expired records are cleaned on the next request.
Measurement and your choice
Only if you accept optional measurement, we count page views and demo-link clicks by day and language. These are aggregated events, not unique visitor counts: we do not store a visitor identifier, browsing history or form content in these counters. Aggregates are kept for up to 13 months. Confirmed enquiries are counted separately as an operational measure, regardless of optional measurement consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. You may withdraw optional measurement consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. To exercise your rights, email hello@easierlabs.ai.
